"My work with Mike at Center Parcs on the “Atlantis” project was to  create and deliver a strategy which would enable the business to both innovate and build the next generation of water rides and experiences for all its villages.

Mike organised that most of initial research was done online, this allowed us to focus our thoughts and ideas, saving both time and money. He then created the programme and agenda, project managed our visits around the world looking at first class examples, allowing us to talk with the world leading experts in this field.

Once we had agreed what we wanted, Mike project managed the execution and delivery, this involved selecting water technologists, architects, designers, cost consultants and construction companies.

He delivered the project to time and budget, and established an environment where problems could be discussed and resolved easily.

The results were both first class and amazing, the project created  a long term strategy which is still being implemented by Center Parcs today, 8 years later.

The company achieved its goal, creating  a unique and innovative product, thus allowing the business to remain at the forefront of leading leisure park experiences.  It  provided a measurable financial return to the ADR and profit, together with genuine  increases in guest satisfaction scores, both of which were immediately apparent on completion of the projects."
