Maintenance

Our maintenance programmes are designed to ensure your leisure assets are maintained to a high standard of safety and quality adhering to EN1069: 2010.

We aim to optimise safe ride performance for a really great visitor experience, whilst maximising the life of your attractions.

We provide qualified service personnel, including a service vehicle equipped with all the materials and tools to perform guaranteed, professional and durable remedial works.

Our standard maintenance includes:

• Identify and repair gelcoat damage to polyester water slides
• Check the flange connections and where necessary replace the joints
• Control of the steel structure by surface defects
• Check the attachment points (random)
• Control the pumping unit and gauge control flow

In addition to the standard maintenance options, we also provide various high-maintenance remedial services, such as:

• Applying a new durable coating to the sliding surface
• Applying a new durable UV-resistant coating to the outside of polyester slides.
• Filling joints in the sliding surface, creating a seamless sliding surface to the slide path.
